Summary
If you book a tee time and don't arrive with your full party or you don't arrive at all, up to 50% of the total green fee and cart fee per missing player may be charged to the card on file.
Definitions
- No-Show: The reservation does not check in at the scheduled time and does not cancel within the allowed window.
- Short-Show: Fewer players check in than reserved (eg., you book 4, only 2 play)
Fees
- Charge Amount: Up to 50% of the total green fee and cart fee for each absent player on the reservation.
- When Charged: Typically, within 72 hours after the scheduled tee time.
- What's Included: Green fee + cart fee (taxes and add-ons may be excluded from this calculation at the club's discretion).
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation Window: You may modify or cancel tee times 24 hours prior to your tee time without penalty.
- How to Cancel: Use your confirmation link in the text and email confirmations or contact the golf shop.
- Group Size Changes: Reduce players before the 24 hour window to avoid fees for any unused spots.
Exceptions
- Weather/Course Closure: if the course is closed or declares unplayable conditions, no fee is charged.
- Club Discretion: We may waive or adjust fees for verified emergencies or special circumstances.
Card on File & Authorization
- By booking, you authorize our golf course to charge the card on file per this policy for any no-show or short-show fees associated with your reservation.
